Overthinking

Sometimes my mind is very cruel to me, and it tells me things that I would never say to someone I love and that I would never say to another human being.

Sometimes he tells me “you are not enough, you should do much more, what you do is pointless, you are
“Alone” and so I could continue, hurting myself one by one.

This work called “overthinking” arises because I know that I am not the only one, that when we dream we have a constant struggle with our mind.

The good thing is that, although it is complex, we have the screwdriver in our hands to be able to remove the nails that our mind has been able to bury in us.

And fill the space that remains with: “You are more than enough, you are not alone, you are safe, if you are going to make it”

It's okay not to be able to do it alone, for me, my relationship with God and talking to my psychologist is crucial.
